Candle Burning Instructions:
- During the first burn it's important to allow the candle to develop a full melt pool (burn to edges of container) to ensure even burning. Failure to do so can result in poor scent throw, tunneling, and shorter life of the candle.
- Trim wick to 1/4" prior to each burn.
- If you notice a large flame, extinguish the candle, trim the wick, and re-light.
- Only burn the candle 2-3 hours at a time.
- Do not leave candle unattended.
- Keep candle away from children, pets, and flammable items when lit.
- Discontinue use of candle when wax is reduced to 1/4".
Characteristics of Soy Wax:
- If you notice small holes or uneven surfaces after burning your candle, rest assured this is the result of a high-quality 100% soy wax. Upon re-lighting, the wax will smooth out and your candle will burn normally.
- Separation of wax from a glass jar is completely normal; this occurs when wax expands and contracts and pulls away from the container. This does not affect the candle's performance.
Ingredients:
All candles made by Swan City Chandlery are hand-crafted in small batches with 100% American-grown soy. We use only pthalate-free frangrance oils and cloth wicks to make a beautiful, highly fragrant, and long-lasting candle.
